Coaching Overview

As Executive Leaders in hospice grapple with diminishing reimbursement, providing outcome measures, and implementing continuous quality improvement, it is essential that hospice leaders not only understand the core values of quality hospice care but also the essential business skills required to create a sustainable hospice agency; financial management, critical thinking, and project management. ROCs offers coaching resources to help hospice organizations achieve this at a high level of excellence.

Our ROCs team members are not typical consultants. We do not fly in, study your situation, give you the latest consulting advice, and fly out - leaving you with the same problems you had before plus a big invoice. We do not believe in being paid to tell you what you already knew. We will not only explain to you what other hospices have found to be successful and what we suggest that you do, but we will show you how to get it done. We will work with you to develop in you and your hospice the skills to create excellent practices, agency and departmental goals, and desired outcomes.

Like a personal trainer for organizational excellence, the ROCs coach can help develop accountability for results within the leadership team or specialty areas.
